The closing chain has five parties and one weekend. A voice clone with the lender's caller ID tells the buyer to wire early. An AI-assembled seller, built from recorded deeds and a notary stamp lifted from the county's own website, sells a house the owner still lives in. A deepfake face sits in the remote-notarization video until someone asks it to turn its head. The bank is the funder, the disburser and the bank the proceeds land in. The loss arrives weeks later as a recall race, a title claim or a cloud on title.
