The bank's customer-facing AI assistant reads whatever lands in a customer's data: transfer descriptions, payee names, uploaded documents. An attacker plants instructions there. The assistant obeys. It phishes the customer in the bank's own voice, leaks data through a rendered link, or where it can act, schedules a payment. The fix is the kill switch, and every conversation then lands on a human.
